Secular Humanist Cafe – 4th Thursday Outside

We’re gathering at Mission Creek Park’s picnic shelter for a casual chat about secular humanism, history, politics, culture, and more. Not sure what secular humanism is? It’s a worldview that emphasizes reason, ethics, and justice, with a focus on human well-being and the importance of science and compassion in shaping our lives. Whether you’re a long-time humanist or just curious to learn more, all are welcome to join our many conversations!
Join us and enjoy a laid-back, family-friendly environment where we can connect, share ideas, and learn from each other.
The shelter is located by the Leckie Road entrance parking lot off of Springfield Road. Bring a lawn chair, in case the shelter has been booked by another party.
Look for our sign on the table – we can’t wait to meet you!
We will be meeting on the 1st Sunday and the 3rd or 4th Thursday of every month – please check our calendar for dates.
